Reluctant lovers Beatrice and Benedick conceal their attraction behind a merry war of wit in Shakespeare’s romantic, clever comedy. The play’s musical language resonates with Afro-Caribbean rhythm in this colorful production.

 

Timothy Douglas directed the world premiere of August Wilson’s Radio Golf and has been a frequent collaborator with Shakespeare & Company.
