The League of Washington Theatres in conjunction with Theatre Communications Group (TCG) presents the annual FREE NIGHT OF THEATER in the DC-area.
This year, 23 theatres and one opera company are particpating and offering close to 4,000 tickets.
IMPORTANT DATE: Online ticket giveaway date is Thurs, October 1 beginning at noon. (Tickets typically are all given away in 20-30 minutes). Some additional tickets may be added after October 1, depending availability from individual theatres.
The official date for FREE NIGHT OF THEATER nationally is October 15, but in an effort to encourage more theatres to participate, DC-area dates for performances are October 6-November 19.
